Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

HeyBEO ("we", "us") lets event and hospitality teams create, manage and share Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). By creating an account or using HeyBEO, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You may sign in with an email and password or through a third-party provider (Google or Microsoft).

3. Your content

You retain full ownership of the content you create in HeyBEO (BEOs, templates, workspace data). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the service. We make no claim to your content beyond that.

You are responsible for the content you create and share through the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
  • Resell or redistribute the service without our permission
  • Upload content that infringes the rights of others

5. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep HeyBEO available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may add, change or remove features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of changes that materially affect your use of the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue or profits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request the deletion of your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
